Returns

  • Sometimes the fit isn’t right. We are happy to accept returns on any items that are unworn, unwashed, free of alterations, free of stains of any kind including deodorant and makeup stains, and with all security tags and labels attached. The returned item(s) must be returned with their original packaging intact, including any documentation, shoe bags, sunglasses cases, cleaning cloth, and shipping boxes. All merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. 
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return them back to us within 14 days of delivery date. Your package should be postmarked before the 14 days are up. Packages received after 14 days of delivery will be sent back to you, a refund will not be issued and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please contact our customer service center: info@mykristi.com if you would like to return your item(s). We will send over a return form and a shipping label with instructions. Please make sure to fill out and include the form to avoid delays in refunds. It is important to note that we do not cover the shipping cost when sent back. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and when we receive the returned goods we will refund your order minus the return shipping cost. We will choose the least expensive shipping cost when purchasing the return label for you and you will have to drop off the package with the carrier. We usually use DHL, USPS, UPS and Fedex.   • If you misplaced your return sheet, please contact us again at info@mykristi.com and we’ll be happy to send over another one.
  • Some items are not eligible for a return or refund. These items will be noted on the product page. Any item(s) marked as final sale are not eligible for returns and refunds. Sale items can only be refunded for store credit, unless otherwise specified. The item(s) that are not eligible for return will be sent back to the customer and the return shipping cost will be charged to your card. Please do not ship merchandise back without a return form.
  • For custom items that are noted on the product page, there will be a restocking fee charge. These items are specialty dresses that are custom made to the sizes as the order is placed. The restocking fee will be 30% of the returned item(s) cost. Please make sure you get yourself measured accurately when you are placing the order and follow the size chart measurements. Please note that once the order for the custom-made items are placed, we are not able to refund the total cost if the item already entered production and you will be refunded minus the 30% restocking fee upon changing your mind. We usually begin production 1 day after the order is placed.
  • Once the package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 - 7 business days for the item(s) being inspected and processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. 
  • If merchandise is in unsuitable condition, a refund will not be granted. MYKRISTI reserves the right to claim damages if the returned products are damaged or show signs of use. These item(s) will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If you paid by card, the payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please be advised that refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to appear on your account. The processing time can vary between banks, so please contact your bank for more information regarding processing times. 
  • We are happy to process store credit refunds. We would send you a code for your store credit through email. If you choose the store credit option you will be able to use it right away after your receive the code.
  • Sorry, we do not accept late returns. Returns arrive after 14 days of delivery date will be sent back to the customer, a refund will not be issued and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • International customers are usually not obligated to pay any additional taxes/duties when you return a package. Any additional taxes/duties will be the responsibility of the customer. You will only receive a partial refund, if package is sent back without paying these fees upfront. IF POSSIBLE, MARK PACKAGE AS “RETURNED GOODS/MERCHANDISE”. Contact your local Customs authorities to find out if you will need to pay additional duties when returning an item. MYKRISTI is not responsible for any customs or duties fees for your return order.
  • Sorry, at this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. For any further concerns or questions email us at info@mykristi.com.
